Description
The Meter Severance Technician will conduct in-person visits to customers with delinquent gas/water/wastewater accounts or those suspected of unauthorized consumption. This role involves minimizing customer dissatisfaction by exercising strong customer service skills, evaluating disconnect orders, providing necessary interventions, and ensuring accurate meter readings. The technician will also handle theft-related orders and support investigations, requiring careful navigation of potentially hazardous environments.
