Optimised is hiring a permanent Metering Operations Manager for a hybrid role to lead the operational delivery of metering services across survey, installation, commissioning, and completion. Reporting to the Head of Energy Management, the role manages multiple concurrent projects, coordinates project management and engineering teams, oversees resources and delivery pipelines, supports client requirements, and ensures compliant, data-ready metering systems. The position requires practical knowledge of metering systems and communication protocols such as Modbus, M-Bus, and BACnet, along with experience in electrical installations, building systems, or field-based operational delivery.
