Lerum Municipality is hiring a Method Developer to develop, quality-assure, and sustainably implement working methods in disability support. The role supports unit managers and employees, mentors staff, leads the support educator network, coordinates development initiatives, and ensures methods comply with applicable legislation and governing documents. It requires a relevant university-level education, disability-support experience, documented mentoring and method-implementation experience, LSS knowledge, and a category B driving licence. The position is permanent, starts on 2027-01-01, and is scheduled for daytime work.
