Description
The Methods Engineer will manage the technical lifecycle of engineering projects from quotation analysis through production oversight, serving as a technical bridge among customers, production, and suppliers. Responsibilities include preparing technical offers, manufacturing routings, bills of materials, tooling requirements, work procedures, inspection plans, non-conformance reports, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, technical assessments, and Lean process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering or mechanical assembly experience, CAD and materials science knowledge, and fluent Romanian with intermediate English.
