John Deere is hiring a Methods Engineer for its Orléans-Saran site, responsible for industrializing new diesel-engine products across assembly, testing, finishing, and rework areas. The role leads new-product programs, defines and commissions test-bench equipment, manages suppliers and budgets, integrates ECU systems and test-bench software, improves processes, and serves as the technical reference for implemented equipment. Candidates should have higher education in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, project-management experience, data-analysis skills, strong communication skills, and English proficiency.
