Description
TRIGO is hiring an Industrialization Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, develop production documentation, lead industrialization projects, implement continuous improvement initiatives, define tooling and equipment requirements, manage technical changes and validation documentation, and train production teams. The role requires a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Aeronautics, or an equivalent field, 3–5 years of aerospace methods or industrialization experience, aerospace standards knowledge, CAD and ERP proficiency, and French and English language skills. It is based in Casablanca, may require travel, and is an interim contract of six months.
