Balt is hiring a manufacturing worker to produce medical devices according to schedule, follow procedures and cleanroom hygiene, perform self-inspections and final inspections, complete manufacturing records, conduct trials, and train qualified colleagues. The role requires 36 hours per week plus compensatory time off, may include nights and Saturdays, and regularly paid overtime at 225%. No healthcare experience or degree is required, but comprehensive training is provided; candidates with precision-focused hobby experience are preferred.
