Microsoft is hiring a Metro Construction EHS Manager to support construction projects in Helsinki and Vaasa, Finland. The role reports to the Regional Director, Construction and Design Safety, manages supplier and stakeholder relationships, leads safety and environmental programs, develops performance metrics, and provides leadership to teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or relevant experience and certifications, experience managing risks across multiple sites, knowledge of Finnish construction safety regulations, and experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments.
