Microsoft is hiring a Metro Construction EHS Manager to support construction projects in the Cologne region. The role reports to the Regional Director, Construction and Design Safety, manages supplier and stakeholder relationships, leads safety and health programs, develops performance metrics, and provides leadership to teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or relevant experience and certifications, experience managing risks across multiple sites including Germany or other European locations, and knowledge of OSHA and German construction safety standards. The position is site-based, offers a base pay range of €92,800 to €176,200 per year, and remains open for applications until filled.
