Microsoft is hiring a Metro Construction EHS Manager for a site-based role in Middlemerr, Netherlands, supporting construction and lease projects. The position reports to the Regional Director, Construction and Design Safety and focuses on supplier and stakeholder relationships, risk management, safety program implementation, performance metrics, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, safety and environmental health and safety experience across multiple sites, knowledge of OSHA and Dutch safety standards, and experience in construction environments. The typical base pay range is €65,100 to €129,500 per year.
