Description
The Albion Metrologist will measure parts using coordinate measurement machines and various metrology software, develop modular fixturing, generate inspection reports, program camera scanners, explain layout reports to engineering teams, control calibration of inspection equipment, and support the quality system. The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent, two years of related experience or training, blueprint reading, and proficiency with PCDMIS, QUINDOS, or QVPAK; CAD experience, gear measurement, and surface roughness experience are preferred. Some travel for training and overtime as needed are also mentioned.
