Winbro is hiring a Metrology Engineer to support measurement strategy and capability for advanced manufacturing products at its Shepshed facility. The role involves validating CMM and vision-based measurement processes, interpreting customer requirements and drawings, performing first-article inspections, supporting new-product introduction, and improving process capability through data-driven problem solving. Candidates should have CMM programming experience with PC-DMIS or related software, CAD and datum knowledge, MSA, SPC, process capability, and FAIR/ISIR, PPAP, and APQP experience.
