Micron Technology is hiring a full-time Metrology Engineer at its NYCreates site in Albany, New York. The role develops and integrates metrology processes for advanced memory technologies, evaluates materials and reticles, performs overlay and process-window analysis, improves yield and device performance, partners with equipment vendors, and supports technology transfer to manufacturing. The position requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or technical field, semiconductor metrology or process-development experience, and knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods. The disclosed US base salary range is $89,000 to $182,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
