CACI is hiring a full-time Metrology Specialist / PC-DMIS CMM Programmer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Divisions Fabrication Team. The role uses high-precision measurement equipment and PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Spatial Analyzer to inspect and calibrate components, perform first-article and tolerance analyses, prepare measurement reports, diagnose inspection issues, and design specialized fixtures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, significant PC-DMIS experience, precision measurement and manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to work in industrial and test-facility environments. The minimum required hourly wage is $35.64, with up to 10% local travel.
