Description
Corin is hiring a Metrology Engineer to support Quality and Manufacturing teams with metrology services across new product introduction, product investigations, capability studies, and process validation. The role involves developing metrology solutions, managing CMM and vision-system programs, performing first-article inspections, calibrating measurement equipment, and supporting CAPA activities under ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 requirements. The position requires mechanical engineering apprenticeship or strong inspection experience, knowledge of measurement techniques and GD&T, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and create technical reports. The schedule covers double days and lates from Monday to Thursday and Friday, with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus shift allowance and a discretionary annual bonus.
