Spectrum Effect is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and iteration of high-performance software solutions for AI-driven wireless network analytics. The role involves translating complex RF and system requirements, owning solutions from design through implementation, mentoring engineers, and establishing technical standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or equivalent, at least 7 years of Python, Go, Rust, C++, or similar experience, 10+ years of general software development experience, and experience with real-time systems, distributed systems, databases, messaging systems, Linux, and software architecture. The position is hybrid and based in or requires relocation to Monterrey, Mexico.
