Avnet is seeking a senior Mexico Site Operations and Legal Entity Governance leader accountable for operations across three offices, three warehouses, and a proximity warehouse spanning three legal entities. The role oversees facilities, safety and security, employee experience, shared services, vendor and asset stewardship, budgets, business continuity, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, change initiatives, and representation before Mexican authorities. It requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, knowledge of Mexican regulations, strong cross-functional and program leadership, analytical and enterprise technology skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
