The role combines manufacturing quality control, machine operation, setup, troubleshooting, and production improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, auditing parts, performing corrective actions based on SPC data, instructing associates, supporting P-FMEA and control-plan activities, performing changeovers, reducing downtime, and repairing or initiating corrective actions for equipment problems. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering or a related field, five years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, and control plans, teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
