Description
The Welding Setup Technician performs fixture changes, welding-process adjustments, equipment configuration, quality and safety checks, and preventive or corrective maintenance on welding machines, fixtures, electrodes, pneumatic components, and related industrial equipment. The role also analyzes equipment failures, completes service requests, follows lockout/tagout procedures, and complies with Eaton’s EHS and 5S/MESH requirements. Candidates need a relevant technical education, basic English and Microsoft Office knowledge, and at least one year of experience as a Welding Setup Technician or adjusting industrial process machines.
