Description
The role develops, tests, configures, and maintains Connected Factories applications and related IT software for digital manufacturing and industrial engineering services. Responsibilities include resolving support tickets, validating tags and data, coordinating application deployments, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting system testing and validation, monitoring performance, documenting deployments, and providing user guidance. The position requires an intermediate-level background with 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, and expertise in Ignition 8.1, SQL, Python, IoT connectivity protocols, and IT networks.
