Description
The Food Safety and Quality Specialist supports Kroger Manufacturing by performing product tests, audits, and calibrations; maintaining documentation; completing safety observations; and supporting SQF 2000 systems. The role requires knowledge of food safety, microbiology, sanitation, and Microsoft Office, along with a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication skills. An associate degree and at least two years of quality assurance laboratory experience are desired.
