mgm is hiring a Senior / Principal Consultant for its IT Organization & CIO Advisory team to advise CxOs and top management on strategic IT management and digital transformation. The role leads IT management projects, develops solutions that integrate IT with business transformation, designs future-ready IT organizations, identifies consulting opportunities, and contributes to internal CIO Advisory development. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, at least seven years of consulting or project management experience in strategic IT management or CIO Advisory, expertise in IT strategy, organization design, ITSM, enterprise architecture, cloud management, or IT governance, practical experience designing IT organizations, AI-use-case experience, and fluent German and English skills.
