The role covers end-to-end project management, business and process analysis, digital-product development, rollout and transition projects, stakeholder management, client development, proposal preparation, and exploration of AI use cases. Candidates need a master’s degree, several years of consulting or digitalization experience, strong retail and logistics knowledge, stakeholder-management skills, practical AI-tool experience, and fluent German and English.
