Description
The Customer Operations Manager leads process improvement, CRM forecasting, order booking, product configuration, customer shipment coordination, and special configuration change requests across sales, engineering, global operations, and factories. The role also supports negotiation of customer specifications, forecast reviews, pricing and cost analysis, and resource prioritization. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of related experience, and two years of supervisory or CFT leadership experience. The role may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
