ServiceNow is hiring an international delivery leader to manage and scale Deployment Engineers, Project Managers, and the Armis partner ecosystem across international regions. The role oversees resource allocation, project health, delivery timelines, customer escalations, technical configuration, executive reporting, and alignment with global delivery standards. It requires at least five years of professional services, technical delivery, or customer success experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, five years of global team management experience, international delivery leadership, strong communication, enterprise networking and IoT/OT security knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
