Description
Lam Research is seeking a Facilities Services Manager to oversee semiconductor manufacturing facilities, cleanroom HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, vacuum and high- and low-voltage electrical systems, vendor performance, staffing, inspections, budgets, procurement, and facility operations. The role manages an integrated facilities team and multi-layer contractors, provides formal supervision, and supports recruitment, performance appraisals, and staff development. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering and more than eight years of facilities management experience with direct management of outsourced facility service providers are preferred.
