Description
The role supports advanced semiconductor process development and production ramp activities at a leading-edge manufacturing site in Japan, focusing on etch process optimization for 2nm and next-generation logic technologies. Responsibilities include recipe development, process tuning, SEM and data analysis, tool qualification, troubleshooting, yield and productivity improvement, customer and internal technical liaison work, and preparation of reports and presentations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4–6 years of supervisory experience, people-management experience, at least five years of hands-on dry/etch process engineering experience, and business-level Japanese and English communication skills. Work arrangements may be On-site Flex or Virtual Flex.
