UKG is hiring a Corporate FP&A Manager to support the enterprise-level financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, the role focuses on performance improvement, management reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, analytics, key performance metrics, process improvement, and decision support for executive leadership. The manager will also develop and mentor analysts and collaborate across functional areas. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting and at least five years of financial analysis experience are required; software industry experience and experience with ERP, Microsoft D365, IBM TM1, and PowerBI are preferred. The pay range is $102,300 to $145,000, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.
