Description
The Infrastructure Analyst Team Lead will lead and develop the regional Infrastructure Analyst team across Europe and Africa, overseeing Microsoft 365, identity and access, endpoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, ServiceNow, and infrastructure operations. The role coordinates incidents, service requests, problem management, vendor tickets, SLAs, documentation, asset management, troubleshooting, and process improvements while serving as a technical advisor and operational leader between regional teams, global IT leadership, and external service providers. The position requires 5–10 years of progressive IT infrastructure or end-user services experience, team leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, networking, and ServiceNow knowledge.
