Description
The Infrastructure Analyst Team Lead will lead and develop the regional Infrastructure Analyst team while overseeing Microsoft 365, identity and access, endpoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, ServiceNow, and infrastructure operations across Europe and Africa. The role coordinates incidents, service requests, vendor tickets, SLAs, escalations, documentation, asset management, and troubleshooting, while driving process improvements and supporting a high-performance team culture. It requires team leadership, regional delivery experience, a bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of progressive IT infrastructure or end-user services experience, and strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, networking, and ServiceNow knowledge.
