Description
The IT Cluster Leader leads and operates the information technology discipline for assigned hotel properties and managed offices, managing an IT team and overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, technology rollouts, issue management, budgets, disaster and contingency testing, and property handover activities. The role requires hospitality management education or a bachelor’s degree, international assignment experience, and either at least three years in an associate supervisory role or at least two years of project management experience, along with negotiation skills.
