American Tower is hiring a Manager Land Negotiations to lead land transactions and agreements for its property organization in Mexico, Brazil, or other countries. The role covers lease renewals, amendments, acquisitions, regularization, risk mitigation, contract compliance, stakeholder and vendor management, business-case preparation, KPI monitoring, and leadership of a local negotiation team. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, advanced English, and Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI skills, with approximately 20–25% travel.
