Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Operations Manager to support the RVP with planning, evaluation, implementation, reporting, fiscal oversight, cost control, strategic planning, program administration, and departmental liaison activities. The role directly supervises unit staff, develops departmental goals, monitors compliance and internal controls, and advises on policies and integrated programs. Preferred qualifications include a four-year college degree, five to ten years of progressive POM management and leadership experience, cost-containment experience in a large complex organization, and experience in a college or university facility.
