Description
The Manufacturing Manager plans, schedules, and oversees manufacturing production processes, equipment utilization, capacity and resource planning, budgets, quality, safety, and coordination with planning, procurement, inventory, and shipping. The role supervises and develops manufacturing workers, leads corrective and preventive actions, and manages a team of up to 40 individuals. It requires an associate degree or technical certification with at least five years of related experience, plus supervisory experience, manufacturing knowledge, ERP proficiency, and strong communication and leadership skills. The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $145,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
