Baxter is hiring an Operations Manager to build and lead a new compounding department in Thetford. The role leads day-to-day GMP compounding operations, collaborates with QA, engineering, and supply chain, develops capacity plans, drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements, manages budget and financial performance, and builds a high-performing team. Candidates need pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG leadership experience, GMP knowledge, process-improvement expertise, financial acumen, and strong analytical and team leadership skills.
