Description
The Manager will lead the Training, Project & Supporting (TPS) organization at Lam Manufacturing Taiwan, overseeing training, workforce development, material resupply, finished-goods crating, quality-system compliance, cross-functional operational projects, KPIs, and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and global teams. The role requires a master's degree in an engineering or related discipline, at least 15 years of management experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering-related functions, and at least 8 years of experience with quality management systems, ISO compliance, audit management, and regulatory requirements. Preferred experience includes semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
