Magna Cosma is hiring a permanent Automotive Product Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through product development, launches, and series production. The role owns program plans, milestones, budgets, tooling, equipment, change management, customer communication, risk mitigation, and IATF 16949 compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of automotive stamping industry managerial experience, and expertise in project management, stamping tooling, equipment planning, product launches, and quality methods such as APQP and FMEA. The position offers an annual salary of $115,000–$140,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
