Description
Williams is hiring a Manager of Project Development, Western Interstates to lead project developers and oversee pipeline, compression, storage, and facility expansion projects from opportunity identification through commercial sanction and handoff to execution. The role partners with business development, commercial, system planning, engineering, operations, environmental, regulatory, and project execution teams; manages project scopes, schedules, estimates, risks, and assumptions; and communicates project status and resource needs to leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of oil and gas experience, and experience with project scheduling and estimating tools, project analysis, volume forecasting, DOT design requirements, and program management.
