Description
UKG is hiring a Manager, Services Architects to lead and develop a team of Services Architects who partner with clients and the Sales organization to create and deliver workforce services solutions. The role oversees workload, resource planning, proposals, RFP responses, project estimates, sales-to-implementation transitions, pipeline performance, and operational improvement while supporting services revenue and customer experience. Candidates need 5–8+ years of professional services experience, 2–3+ years leading professional services or customer-facing teams, advanced knowledge of UKG workforce products, and experience with customer presentations, SOWs, RFPs, estimates, negotiations, and complex services solutions.
