Description
Baxter is seeking a Development and Test Manager to lead software development, verification, quality engineering, and test governance for connected healthcare and regulated medical software. The role provides technical and people leadership across the complete product lifecycle, including cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, EMR/EHR workflows, medical-device integrations, CI/CD, performance and reliability testing, design-control compliance, and audit-ready delivery. It requires 12–18 years of relevant experience, including at least five years leading multidisciplinary technical teams in a regulated or safety-critical environment, along with strong C#/.NET, healthcare interoperability, cloud, and regulated software expertise.
