Description
This senior leadership role leads a multi-team AI and Analytics organization responsible for building scalable generative and agentic AI platforms, conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise BI solutions. The role owns technology strategy, architecture, delivery, organizational growth, hiring, performance management, succession planning, and the management of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts. It requires extensive experience in software engineering, data platforms, data science, AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and BI solutions, along with significant people-management experience.
