Description
NetApp Instaclustr is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead a team of 5–10 product-development engineers and take end-to-end ownership of aspects of its managed platform that provisions infrastructure, installs applications, and keeps distributed applications running reliably in production. The role involves setting team priorities, developing engineers, collaborating with other lead engineers, applying DevOps practices, and participating in on-call support. It requires at least 8 years of commercial software experience, leadership experience, proficiency in Java, SQL, and another modern programming language, and familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
