AWS is hiring a Manager, AI Engineering to lead a team of Applied AI Architects and customer-facing developers and architects. The role combines technical leadership in generative AI and agentic systems, executive sponsorship for strategic customers, thought leadership, product feedback, and scalable enablement programs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent training, at least 10 years of technical engineering experience, 5+ years of engineering team management experience, and extensive consumer software development experience, along with experience partnering with product or program management teams and managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.
