Description
The role leads Production and Process Improvement Engineers and supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of chemical process units. Responsibilities include reviewing and developing operating metrics and action plans, overseeing operating KPIs, coordinating with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and commercial teams, supporting process safety and environmental release activities, and leading capital project work. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, at least eight years of experience in chemicals, refining, or petrochemical manufacturing, and at least three years supervising technical or operating staff, along with experience in process safety, process historians, process modeling, and capital projects.
