Staples is hiring an onsite Manager, Technical Operations for its IBM Platform Infrastructure team in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role leads the administration, monitoring, support, reliability, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM i and IBM Power Systems environments, while managing vendor relationships and leading a team of senior IBM i platform engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least seven years of progressive hands-on enterprise platform operations experience, and at least three years of people or technical leadership experience.
