Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair across rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities include responding to service calls and emergency repairs, completing change-of-occupancy work, repairing building structures and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems, installing appliances, performing landscaping and grounds work, and documenting work orders. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of work-related experience, and basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
