Description
The General Maintenance Technician responds to service calls, completes change-of-occupancy work, and performs general maintenance and repairs across rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, structural, landscaping, and emergency repairs, as well as updating work orders and maintaining vehicles. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of work-related experience, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical competency.
