Description
Beacon is hiring full-time Mental Health Technicians and/or Certified Nursing Assistants for its Bunkie Inpatient Facility, with 7 PM to 7 AM shifts. The role supports patients in a behavioral health setting by maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu, assisting with security and patient behavior, documenting observations and vital signs, supporting clinicians and therapists, performing clerical and intake duties, and responding to high-stress, high-volume work. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, preferably one year of mental health care experience, and must be able to stand for long periods and use physical restraint when necessary.
