Gecina is hiring an MICE Manager to support the launch and commercial development of its Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events activity. The role focuses on prospecting and managing B2B clients, preparing tailored commercial proposals, coordinating event projects with internal and external stakeholders, and tracking performance and CRM reporting. The position is based in Opéra (75002) and requires a Master’s degree plus 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial development and/or event project management, ideally in MICE, hospitality, premium coworking, or commercial real estate.
