Description
The Micro Finance Manager will monitor marketing and business partner performance, conduct market reviews, develop sales and marketing strategies, manage business processes and SOPs, oversee branch or point portfolios, and resolve internal team conflicts. The role requires at least a diploma, minimum two years of team leadership experience, experience leading 5–10 team members, and at least two years of Micro Finance Manager experience, preferably in a Grameen System Finance Institution. The position is based in Krembangan and offers a take-home pay of 4,550,000, motor service allowance, accommodation, health and vehicle insurance, social assistance, counseling, work-anniversary and Umrah employee awards, and flexible benefits.
